I am a data journalist based in New York City with experience covering politics, environment, housing and more. As a data/graphics reporter at POLITICO Pro, I report on energy and environmental policy at both the state and federal levels. 

During my time in the POLITICO California bureau, I covered 2024 elections for Congress, ballot measures and Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign. Previously, I worked as a data intern with Dow Jones News Fund and NBC News Digital, where I secured and analyzed public records from law enforcement agencies for a multi-city investigation and wrote articles on politics, housing and more. 

Born in New York, I grew up in California and graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2024. Having the pleasure to be editor-in-chief of the award-winning student news organization Mustang Media Group ignited my passion for investigative journalism, editing and media innovation. As a reporter and editor, I sharpened my reporting skills, launched a news podcast, co-founded a magazine and co-produced a documentary. 

Outside of journalism, I enjoy reading, collecting vinyl records, photography, hiking and cooking.
